Portuguese restaurant runs with Sizzle

When I heard there was a new restaurant in town called Sizzle, I immediately figured it was a steak house or maybe a place where waiters serve smoking hotplates to your table. When I found out that it serves Portuguese food with a twist, I thought it had been misnamed and that maybe a name like Azores would have been more appropriate.
But once I visited the restaurant, the name made more sense. After having a mountainous tasting, my mouth was pleasantly sizzling.
